Hanne and Ryan have been together for 10 years! They first met in study hall, and have been best friends since.  Hanne is the biggest sweetheart and even though was eloping did not spear any thought on any details!  From her gorgeous ornate dress, “kiss me you fool!” card, birdcage veil, and vintage earrings, everything was perfect and exactly what Hanne and Ryan envisioned!

Congratulations you two! I had so much fun with you both. Thank you for letting me be part of your big, little day!

Meet Hanne and Ryan!

The weather is always perfect (not to hot and not to cold), tourist season has died down a bit, and our trees begin to change color.  It is really such a romantic and beautiful time of year, and after a long and hot summer, it is some much needed refreshed weather!

This weekend we got to enjoy a perfect October day with Bride and Groom, Bree and Ryan! Bree and Ryan really wanted to tie the knot at one of Savannah’s favorite ceremony spots, Forsyth Park Fountain.  Wanting a beautiful outdoor ceremony, these two definitely had their heart set on an October wedding date.

After anxiously getting ready at the Bohemian Hotel, Bree and Ryan had their first look.  Ryan could not wait to see his soon to be wife, and all he could think about all day was how happy and lucky he was to be marrying his best friend, and the love of his life. Bree was all smiles and was crazy excited!  The first look was a personal moment for the couple, and the two of them could just not stop smiling at one another!  Although finally seeing Bree calmed most of Ryan’s nerves, Ryan was so anxious to get to the ceremony, as he just could not wait for Bree to become his wife!

Their time had finally come! Bree and Ryan, along with their super fun wedding party, made their way to Forsyth Park.  Here, at Forsyth Park Fountain friends and family from all over, gathered to witness and celebrate in the marriage of Ryan and Bree.  One of the special features about getting married at the fountain is it has a long, majestic aisle that is surrounded by hundred year old oak trees.  This pathway ends at our large and historic fountain, making it a beautiful and grand backdrop.

After Bree and Ryan said their “I do’s,” we headed on over to the The Old Pink House for some amazing food and celebration! Bree and Ryan could not be happier with how their day turned out.  There were so many little personal touches throughout the day, as well as some great friends to celebrate with. It was everything the couple had imagined. From the weather, to their beautiful ceremony, and fun reception, Ryan and Bree’s wedding day was as perfect and fun as these two amazing people are!!!

Meet Bree and Ryan!

The sun shined bright and yesterdays storms were all cast away through the night. This was the day that April and Waring dreamed it to be.

This celebration was a long time coming as April and Waring have been together for eight years.  This amazing story of childhood sweethearts is so commendable in itself, in my mind. I love hearing stories like this, as they happen so few and far in between.

The day started with the wedding party getting ready at the beautiful Avia Hotel, a location distinct in appearance and romantic feel. The romance continued with a ceremony in Forsyth park, rich in beauty and history. And if you have ever been to Savannah a staple on your tour.

After a heart-felt ceremony, in which April and Waring confessed their love for one another, family and friends were invited back to Vic’s on the River, whom hosted a grand reception for all.

It is truly great when a day comes together as planned, even better when you see your dream and hard work pay off in perfect fashion. That was the day April and Waring had!

Congratulations guys.. I had so much fun with you two!

Meet April and Waring!

Nerves and excitement spread throughout the day, in hopes of perfection. The weather, ceremony, and reception couldn’t have been and more ideal. Everything went just as planned and Sandi and Dan’s day turned out just spectacular.

Sandi and Dan are just a beautiful couple. I had the pleasure of meeting them a few months back, when I shot their engagement shoot with their Beagle, Emmit.

Let me tell you though, its always to great to either discover or see peoples hidden talents. Both Sandi and Dan mentioned their love of dance in their engagement session. But, during their reception, they totally proved it. Both showing their unique skills and love for the dance. It was so beautiful to watch not to mention be a part of.

I wish the total best for you two, and have an AMAZING time in Tokyo!
