The holidays are once again upon us, so what better time to give back and hold a contest for FREE wedding photography!!

There are so many couples out there that have overcome obstacles together.
There are so many couples out there who struggle financially and could use a break.
There are so many couples out there that give their all for others and never ask for anything in return.

It is for those couples, that we want to give back by offering free wedding photography to one deserving couple!
We are so excited to see what the outcome will be and meet the lucky winners!

How To Enter

•The couple’s first and last names.
•Contact info for the both of them.
•Wedding date and planned location
•Their story (How they met, got engaged, and why they deserve this free wedding coverage)
•A picture or two of the couple

(DEADLINE: December 18, 2011 11:59pm EST)

The top 3 deserving couples will be announced here on the blog with their photos and stories on December 25th, 2011 after which readers will have until December 31, 2011 11:59pm EST to vote for their favorite deserving couple. The winning couple will be announced on the blog on January 3, 2012.

The Technicalities (please read):

Your submission must be TRUE. This contest is for couples who have overcome great odds, hardships, or are otherwise deserving of free wedding photography. Weddings must take place during the 2012 year and can be anywhere in the world. If we are already booked for your wedding date, and you are not able to change it, then the winning couple must forfeit the prize and the next qualifying couple will receive the prize. For weddings over 150 miles from Savannah, Georgia, travel fees for two photographers is required to be paid by the winning couple.This giveaway has no cash value. Entries must be submitted no later then December 18, 2011 in order to qualify. Couples may enter themselves or be nominated by another party. However in order to qualify, the nominated couple must be aware of the entry. Past clients, or currently booked clients do not qualify for this giveaway. An email will be sent to the winning couple and if multiple unsuccessful attempts have been made to reach the couple, or for some reason the couple is unable to claim the prize, they will forfeit the prize, and it will be given to the next qualifying couple.

What a day!

Jenn and Scott have an amazing story that dates back to their co-ed days at the University of Florida. Their love and devotion for each other just grew from there.

In the beautiful location of Oldfield (a club community on the banks of the Okatie River) Scott asked for Jennifer’s hand in marriage. In this same location, the couple took their vows of commitment in a storybook wedding. Everything fell in place for these two, on a day they will remember forever.

It was more than a pleasure working with Jen and Scott. It was an amazing day shared by good friends and family

Lynnette, Mike, good friends, and family came down south to wed under the “Carolina Blue” skies. The location and weather could not have been more beautiful for their big day!

Family and friends celebrated Lynnette and Mike’s love for each other, then proceeded to party the night away.

What a fun couple and wedding to be apart of. I just hope I captured the day as it should be told.

Kim and Shawn came down from Charlotte to celebrate their big day at the Port Royal Golf Club. Family and friends all made the trip down, to honor Kim and Shawn on a day no one will forget. The outdoor location made for a scenic setting and the weather could not have been more beautiful.

An amazing time was had by all! Congratulations guys!

Today, I would like to post a number of pics to hopefully make up for the few days which I haven’t had a chance to post.

Yesterday I had the opportunity to work with Caitlin and Adam, a fantastic couple from Chicago/Seattle. Caitlin and Adam were a destination couple that came down to wed in southern charm. Not only were Caitlin and Adam a beautiful couple, but Caitlin was one of the most relaxed brides’, I have seen. It was more than a pleasure working with the both of them.

Caitlin, Adam, family, and friends celebrated all night long, these guys really knew how to have a good time.
