In the last two years, April has been a bridesmaid in three of our past weddings. So to say the least, we have been greatly anticipating the wedding of April and Brandon!

With her closest and sweetest friends and family helping her, April got ready to walk down the aisle and to finally see Brandon. April wanted to look like a princess, and I think she totally achieved that look, slipping into her big and beautiful Casablanca wedding dress. She was just glowing of excitement!

Brandon was of course very excited to see April as well. Just a little bit of nerves set in, while he anxiously waited for that perfect moment.  The moment when he laid eyes on his bride-to-be for the first time in her dress.  Both April and Brandon had the biggest smiles on their faces when they finally got to see each other for the first time.

After April and Brandon took their vows of devotion, we decided to go to one of their favorite spots, “Sweetheart Circle,” on the Georgia Southern University campus.  As they will both be graduating GSU upcoming, the campus holds something special for the both of them.

April and Brandon are not only each others best friend and completely comfortable with one another, but even after 7 years of being together there is still so much love and excitement between the two of them, it was such a beautiful thing to see throughout the day.

Tali and Joe are two of the sweetest people, that knew exactly what they wanted their wedding day to be like.  These two had very unique and personal ideas.  They both wanted the day to be fun, relaxing, and most of all about who they are as a couple. The wedding  and reception took place at the historic Harper Fowlkes House, here in Savannah, Georgia.

Keeping with the unique theme and distinct personalities, Tali wore a wedding dress that fit her and her personality perfectly. A dress adorned with white feathers!  I honestly could not imagine her in anything else.  And of course, Tali wore the brightest and cutest blue, Me Too shoes to complete her look!

Joe, just adores Tali. And it was so apparent, as he anxiously awaited his first look, of Tali, in her dress.  It was so cute!

The marriage of Tali and Joe represented what their marriage was really about, promising their love and life to one another. As guests gathered around the couple for a very intimate and personal ceremony, Tali and Joe exchanged their vows of devotion to one another.

In celebration of their marriage, Tali and Joe had  the most amazing first dance.  It was a beautiful and choreographed waltz.  Tali even changed into a shorter 30′s inspired dress for the occasion.

Family and friends celebrated into the night, and Tali and Joe were nothing but love and smiles!

Morgan Gallo and her team did an amazing job making Tali and Joe’s dream wedding come true.  From the lighting, to the details, everything was simple and elegant, in the garden of the Harper Folkes house.

Rob and Katie’s day started out nice and relaxed, as the two of them, the wedding party and close family got ready together at Wesley Monumental Church, here in Savannah GA.  As anticipation gained of thoughts of the big ceremony, both Katie and Rob’s nerves grew, and could not wait to be husband and wife.

As the time finally came, Katie was all but excited as she finally walked down the aisle and saw Rob for the first time.  All nerves melted away during a very devout and personal ceremony lead by a close family member.  Lots of tears and laughter were shared between Katie, Rob, friends and family.

As the ceremony concluded, guests made their way to the beautiful Delta Plantation, in South Carolina, where a gorgeous spread was laid out by Sebrell Smith Designer Events.  The Delta Plantation is such a unique venue, filled with Lowcountry charm. This 2,752 acre rice plantation was founded in 1830 by the renowned lawyer and politician Langdon Cheves.  It has changed hands many times since then, but is now owned by Mr.John Cay, of Savannah’s firm of Palmer and Cay.

This timeless setting was the perfect backdrop for the celebration of Katie and Rob’s wedding.  Guests enjoyed dinner, refreshments and live music, under the stars and tent next to the more recently built modern pool house.  Katie and Rob left the reception as guests sent them off surrounded by sparklers.  Rob drove the two of them off in an antique 1946 Ford convertible.

Luba and Scott traveled down from New York, to celebrate their Big Day at the Sea Pines Resort on Hilton Head Island. Though a destination wedding for the couple, you would never know it by the number in attendance. A great amount of friends and family traveled to be at, and share in, Luba and Scott’s marriage celebration, and what a celebration it was!

The day began, as Luba and Scott prepped themselves in separate cottages in Harbor Town. Luba’s dress was very special and unique, as the top part of her dress was actually part of her sisters dress from her wedding over ten years ago!  It looked absolutely amazing on Luba, and Scott could not agree more! 

Scott honestly completely adored Luba, and was not shy about showing her his love.  These two, are not only  two of the sweetest people you will ever meet, but also two of the most fun!  Luba even preformed a pre-ceremony karaoke for the bridal party!

After a little relaxing and fun, Scott and Luba exchanged their vows on the 18th Green of Harbor Town Golf Course.  Luba, Scott, friends and family continued the celebration as the party moved to the Sea Pines Plantation Club.  Here everyone danced and partied the night away!

Well this weekend, was finally their Big Day in Hilton Head, at the beautiful Sea Pines Resort.

The wedding day started out, with Erica and Louis anxiously getting ready and anticipating the first time they would see each another, that day. After finally seeing Louis, I swear Erica could not stop smiling!  She was absolutely glowing as she made her way down the aisle to finally say “I do” to her best friend, Louis. Erica totally has one of those smiles, that is so genuine and ecstatically happy, that you can do nothing but smile yourself.

Erica and Louis exchanged their vows, in front of friends and family, on the 18th green of the Harbor Town Golf Course. As ceremony concluded, a beautiful sunset filled the sky and water, and guest were escorted to the Sea Pines Plantation Club. Once at the Plantation Club, the celebration started and didn’t stop till the wee hours of the night…

Erica being a huge perfectionist, at one point during the night, said to me “Allison, every little detail turned out so perfect!”,  with her biggest “Erica smile” on her face. As it so happened, Louis was looking on at this moment, and his facial expression said it all.  That in his eyes, Erica is his perfect!

Virginia and Charles, are two of the most caring, sweetest, and fun people you will ever meet!  People say that you can really tell a lot about a person, based on who their friends and loved ones are.  Well based on the amazing people we met this weekend, it really showed what incredible people Virginia and Charles are.  From their loving and giving parents,  to their bridal party who all felt like family, these two were surrounded by some unbelievable people, who also made us, feel like part of the family all weekend!

The day started off as Virgina and Charles got ready in separate cottages, with their respected bridal parties. Virginia was completely relaxed the whole day,  and was anticipating the moment when her and Charlie would finally see each other for the first time as she walked down the aisle.  Charlie was a bit nervous right before the ceremony, but as soon as he saw Virginia, all he could think was how lucky he was and how amazing this day would be. Virginia and Charles said their “I do’s” at the Summerall Chapel, on the Citadel Campus grounds.

After the ceremony, guests made their way to Yeaman’s Hall Plantation.  Yeaman’s Hall, renowned for their prestigious golf course was the perfect setting to celebrate Virginia and Charles marriage!  Here guests gathered and partied the night away surrounded by large beautiful oaks, lakes and green fairways.  The day could not have been more perfect, and really reflected what amazing people and the incredible couple Virgina and Charles are.

Congratulations you two! We had such a great time, and can’t wait to hear all about your honeymoon in Limpopo, South Africa, not to mention your big game hunt/safari!

The day started out with both Rachel and Glenn surrounded by very close friends and family.  As Rachel slipped into her gown, thoughts were on the beautiful day and the promise she would soon make, to her best friend Glenn.  Glenn though having the same thoughts as Rachel, mostly concentrated on where to be, and at what time. 

Rachel was a little nervous before she walked down the isle, but all nerves quickly melted the moment she saw Glenn.  Glenn and Rachel are the type of couple that no matter what comes their way, they can get through it, because they have each other.  The love, friendship, and devotion these two have, will continue to make their relationship and now marriage strong.

We had a blast with you two, congratulations on the beautiful day and beautiful marriage!
