We decided that the backdrop for her session would be the new and modern Bohemian Hotel.  We had a great time running all over the hotel taking fun, sassy and sexy photos!

Bianca had a super long day by the time we met up, as she not only had her hair and make-up appointments, but drove in from North Carolina, all in the same day.  A bit exhausted early on, Bianca was a trooper and powered through it for the “greater cause” . Little to her knowledge (and such a sweet sentiment), Ramon (her soon to be hubby), surprised Bianca by also driving down and meeting her here in Savannah! I know it had to take everything in him not to hop on over to the hotel to catch a glimpse of Bianca in her dress.  The only thing stopping him, was he knew how much trouble he would be in if he saw Bianca in her dress before the big day! hehehe 

In a month, these two are finally going to tie the knot!  I can’t wait to see Ramon’s face as Bianca will walk down the aisle and marry the love of her life!

We absolutely love shooting Bianca!  Of course she is crazy beautiful, but she is also hilarious, super fun, and very down to earth.  We all just “click” !
We had so much fun with you girl, and you definitely, “Rocked it out!” 

Meet Bianca!

We have had this date planned for months, and of course it decided to pour right when our session started!  So, we decided to keep things indoors, and if the weather cleared then we would jump outside for a couple.  Nothing could damper Katie’s mood, as she got to finally wear her amazing Vera Wang gown! Katie’s wedding dress is both beautiful and classic, and I could not imagine her in anything less!

Katie’s session took place at the Inn at Palmetto Bluff.  This gorgeous venue was chosen by Katie, as it holds a special place in her heart.  Not only does it have simplistic beauty, but here is where Katie and Rob, Katie’s fiance, had a beautiful breakfast the morning after he proposed to her!

The session was to much fun, and Katie absolutely glowed the entire time!  The sun even came out for a little bit!  :)

Can’t wait for the big day in just a couple weeks!  And I can’t wait to see Rob’s face when he sees you for the first time!

Meet Katie!

Jennifer came down from Charlotte, NC looking for a location for her bridals, that would be different than her wedding day. As the backdrop for Jennifer’s bridals, we choose the beautiful  Belfair Plantation, which has a great mixture of the Lowcountry charm and majestic beauty.  Though the weather was chilly, Jennifer was a serious trooper…  Glowing with the happiness of wearing her wedding dress, it seemed like she didn’t even notice the cold weather! Jennifer honestly could not stop smiling, and what a gorgeous and completely contagious smile she has!

Jennifer is not only one of the sweetest and nicest people you will ever meet, but she is completely laid back and up for anything.  The session flew by cause we were having so much fun, sharing so many laughs and smiles!  I can not wait for her big day in a little over a month when we take part in Jennifer’s Big Day, marring the love of her life, Micah!

Meet Jennifer!

I photographed this beautiful family while they were visiting Hilton Head last year.  This session was a little different, since it now took place in the snow rather then the beach!  hehehe

Carin and Craig’s two boys, Jack and Nicholas have so much energy!  They are the cutest little boys, and know how to have fun!  It was a blast to be able to play and shoot in the snow, and I think the boys enjoyed it too. 

Rich and I had such a good time with your family, and congratulations on the little one that is on the way!  Jack and Nicholas will soon have a little sister!

Meet the Chapmans!

Whitney is a true Charlestonian. Being she was raised, attended the College of Charleston, and now starting her soon to be married life here in Charleston, she desired no where else for her bridal photographs.

As a child, Whitney remembered witnessing brides taking their bridal photographs at the Charleston Place Hotel. Well, today it was her turn! The elegant Charleston Place Hotel is placed right in the heart of Charleston’s historic district and is truly an attraction in itself.

I had such a great time with Whitney, she is a beautiful person on the inside and out. We shared so many stories and laughs. Not only that but found we had a “six degrees of separation”. Such a small world.

I truly feel I made a friend today, which is just another thing that I love about my job…. New Friends!

You are such a beautiful bride and wish you and Brad all the happiness in the world!

Meet Whitney!

After talking with Susan about the perfect location for her bridals, we decided that Belfair Plantation would be exactly what we were looking for. With its beautiful landscapes and sweeping grounds, it is very hard to deny its charm.

We had such a great time during the shoot and we even found time between the rains to capture some amazing outdoor images!

Susan and and her fiance Jon will be married at the Calvary Baptist Church, in Savannah, followed by a reception at the always gorgeous, Savannah Yacht Club. I had such an amazing time with you! I am so excited to be part of your Big Day!

I look forward to working with you again Susan, it was nice to share time with you before your wedding.

Meet Susan!

Yesterday, I had the great pleasure of working with Jennifer, an amazing bride-to-be from North Carolina. Jennifer came down to have her bridals taken at the Avia Hotel, here in Savannah. Jennifer and her fiance, Brad, will wed in Palmetto Dunes on Hilton Head Island, later this year, in what is sure to be a unforgettable ceremony.

During the day. Jennifer told me such a cute story of how she and Brad came to be… I have to share!

It turns out that Jennifer and Brad were actually roommates for some time. The funny part is, while roommates this were purely platonic between them. It wasn’t till they separated as roommates, and happened to meet up at a social gathering  later down the road, that the sparks flew… Love was under their noses the whole time!

Its so crazy how things work out sometimes!

I had such a great time with you Jennifer! I cant wait to be part of your Big Day!

Meet Jennifer!

April Joy so wanted a backyard party, you know like the ones you had as a kid, and a backyard party is what she got. Slip-n-Slides, water guns/balloons, pinatas, and even a little beach area were set up for the party. So much fun! You couldn’t help but have a good time.

I hope your day was everything you wanted it to be and more. You deserve it!
